Business Plan: We carry out a consulting process to determine the viability of a Senior Living project. We consider the best options for the business model, architectural project, project stages, and business partners for a better operating efficiency and an attractive commercialization.

Project Development: We have a broad range of commercial partners for the execution of a Senior Living project, from the fund raising if necessary, to the construction, urbanization, commercialization and management of the project.

Operations

Management: We operate different service areas within a Senior Living facility, such as management, housekeeping and laundry, security, maintenance, entertainment and catering. Health care services are provided by business partners specialized in public health, geriatric care, and chronic diseases.

Sales & Marketing: We have the resources and tools necessary for staff recruitment, occupancy performance of a residence, resident profile monitoring, sales strategy, reporting, and CRM.

GRUPO NEKTAR was founded in 2017 by a group of investors interested in the Senior Living Industry in Latin-American. The demographic situation and the limited offer in Mexico motivated GRUPO NEKTAR to find business partners to create a thriving business model customized to Mexico´s culture and elderly needs.

The company focuses on developing spaces and services that satisfy the senior population's needs in many levels of care. From a condition of independence to one of assisted living.
